Hi! I’m Nikki and I’m the founder and lead planner here at Weddings with Flair. I am a Trinidad & Tobago native, coffee lover, wife and mom to the most amazing little human. In my family, celebrations have always been important. There’s nothing too big or too small that shouldn’t be celebrated with hearty food (with dessert ofcourse!), yummy drinks and quality time together.
As a Professional Wedding Planner and Destination Wedding Specialist it is my joy to help my clients create their dream event through a stress free and fun planning process.

We recommend starting anywhere from 9-12 months prior to your intended wedding date. Waiting until the last minute can make you feel overwhelmed but planning too far in advance can also be quite daunting. A venue coordinator oversees the on site staff, to make sure they are fulfilling their contractual obligations on the wedding day itself. A wedding planner, on the other hand, is involved from the very beginning of the planning process. Your wedding planner will handle each detail of your wedding from start to finish – and works as your advocate and represents your best interests to make every aspect run smoothly, greet all your vendors, send out a timeline prior, make sure you are having a great time celebrating and to ensure that your vision has become a reality.

After our complimentary consultation is completed, once you decide to confirm our services, we will send you our service agreement to be signed and returned along with the deposit. Once this is received your date would be reserved. We only take a limited number of weddings yearly to ensure our clients get the best of what we have to offer.

Wedding Shopping: We will happily shop for all your wedding items including gifts, ceremony and reception items including unity candle, toasting flutes, frames, flower girl basket, ring bearer pillow, favors etc.
Welcome Bags/Baskets: Looking for someone to take the shopping, preparation and delivery of your welcome baskets off your hands? Look no further.
Design & Assembly of Custom Children’s Activity Packs/Table: If you will having a lot of little ones in attendance at your wedding, let us help create custom activity packages or a whole fun table to keep them entertained.
Newlywed Suite Set-Up: Give us the key and we will handle all the romantic details to welcome you to your newlywed suit! Candles, rose petals, chocolate covered strawberries, cheese pizza, doubles or KFC (just in case you get hungry after dancing up a storm)...whatever your heart desires.
